Most of our continuous forms were phased out some years ago.::&Other than continuous forms, we are still buying some of all kinds, including permits, BOLs, envelopes, tags, labels, etc. ::&No one kind takes more than another. They have done a high percentage of simple and low volume forms in the past, but are no longer accepting that work. All stock (internally warehoused) items are purchased through SAP, which creates a PO once the buyer has keyed in the vendor info. Second, there is direct, no PO purchases of non-stock. These are shipped direcly to users, invoices are scanned into A/P and are coded on-line by the buyer. ::&Only one way -- visit the forms unit. We do not permit suppliers to directly call on company employees. All purchases are handled by the forms unit. ::&All employees are directed to our custom-built, web-based Forms Catalog for existing forms, which is a direct link on the corporate intranet homepage.
