This sample test has 30 questions. It illustrates the type of questions and scope of information that you will find on the official CMTSE Examination.

General Instructions:

You have 45 minutes to complete the 30 questions. The timer will pause automatically while questions are being retrieved from the server, so internet-response time is not part of the 45 minutes.

The time remaining and question counter will display in the upper right-hand corner.

During the exam, you can navigate sequentially from question to question by clicking the Next and Back buttons.

During the exam, mark any questions you wish to revisit by clicking the checkbox marked "Click here to review this question at the end of the test," located on each question screen. When you reach the end of the exam, you may revisit any questions marked for review.

Should you get disconnected while taking the exam, log back in and you will be able to resume the test where you left off.
