because I dont know if you mean my behaviors
or the behaviors of those I work with. I know
that in meeting and in interaction that I am
respected and people listen when I talk.
Honestly, I work harder than everyone else in
my department so if nothing else that demands
respect. People also understand that what we
produce is very important to me including the
details and I believe this trickles down as
well.::&I dont know any leadership theory nor have I
ever studied it (which is why I am
participating, I think). Ive observed many
different types of leadership and I am not sure
which is most effective. I think you need to
have respect but the people who report to you
need to feel connected to you and want to be
successful for you. Theres flaws in every

someone and I dont know how to approach and I
