In the most difficult circumstamces, I need to have more tool/skill to help deliver a clear but respectful message.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Not too bad but this can also improve.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::It is important for me to understand the importance of taking the time for the process to be succesful. I have some specific challenges w/ family members where we do not necessarily share the same philosophies.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Again, guilty of "knowing best" a little too much.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::My style is a little too methodical.
