emails / texts and we werent sure if he was going
to complete his tasks.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Alan was a great listener. You could tell when you
talked with him that he was interested in what you
were saying and what you wanted to do.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Alan had some difficulties in doing his part of
the team work during the reality project. He
never made excuses and always accepted full
responsibility for missing meetings or maybe not
coming through with his part in a timely manner.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Alan promoted teamwork when he was available - he
was just not available for a fair amount of the
time during the last few weeks of the reality
project - the crunch time.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::very personable&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Very adaptable and willing to listen and make
changes as discussed by the team.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::I did feel that Alan could have helped our project
if he had been engaged more. I know he had a busy
workload, but we needed his point of view and
expertise. I felt we really were missing what he
could have brought to the project to make it
better.&Assertiveness - I think he has great ideas and the
team would benefit if he were more assertive and
brought those out.
Dependability - I wished he would have been more
engaged in the project. During the crunch time of
the project, I had no idea if he was going to make
meetings and what he had done on his part of the
project.
Confidence - Alan can present well, but I dont
think he believes it. I think if he were more
confident then others would see how well he knows
his information.::Alan was a good team member. He always was
willing to listen and adapt. I think he is a good
collaborator, but I think maybe he just had too
many things going on during the last project to
deliver like I think he is capable. Overall I was
a little disappointed because I know he has the
potential to have helped our team a lot more with
his background and areas of expertise and I think
our project somewhat missed what he had to bring
to it. However, when you consider the whole
entire program time frame, Alan was involved in
helping our team succeed. Not Scored by Definition
