I cant remember anytime that he
didnt come through on what he promised to do.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Tony moves at a very fast pace. Although he tries
to listen, I think that sometimes his dominant
personality is ready to cut the talking and move
to the action so sometimes you might feel that
hes not fully engaged.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Tony was a little more apt to point out when
people were not delivering to the level of
expectations. I think he was fair in his comments
and they werent mean to hurt feelings, but to get
folks moving to where the need to be.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Very much a team player and getting all involved as
much as possible&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Tony does what needs to be done to keep things
moving and moving the correct direction. Hes not
going to ignore an issue and let it pull the team
down.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Tony always accepted the responsibility - even
sometimes when it really wasnt his issue. He would
take it for the team.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Tony was adaptable, but if he felt really strongly
about something he was hard to convince otherwise.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Tony performed his share and more. He was always
ready to take the ball. If some new task came up
and someone didnt almost immediately volunteer
for it - he would almost always say I can do that.&More active listener
Little slower to move to solutions and maybe more on
understanding the all the details
Relax more...Tonys high energy/stress level can
almost stress the team::Tony was great to work with on the project. He was
always willing to pick up tasks, but he wasnt
afraid to call people out if they werent
performing and he was extremely motivated to
achieve. He is confident and gives that "Ive got
it under control" image when needed although his
high stress level can be seen behind the team
meeting door. I think Tony would benefit by
bringing it down just a little on the intensity
level because it can sometimes wear the team out
and I think it also sometimes comes through as
maybe trying a little to hard. Overall he was
definitely our team leader in my opinion. Not Scored by Definition
