team memebers would agree&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Tony had a tendancy of getting ahead of himself and
that would create a lot of stress for him&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Tony was so tied in to his stuff that I got the
impression that he wasnt always listening&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::With Tony,what you see is what you get&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Sometimes Tony would overlook someones opinion&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Tony really wanted to do well on this project and
had a tendancy to drift in his own bubble.However
would always come back with a follow up email.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Tony is a direct person.Not afraid to share what is
on his mind&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Tony had a tendancy of taking everything personal.We
had to remind him that we take hits as a team.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Very good team player,allthough stresasful at times&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Tony is very respectful of others,however sometimes
gives the impression that he is not listening&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Tony always encouraged others in order to make our
project move forward&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Tony was the coodinator of the project and did a
very good job in that respect&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Got the impression that he would drift to other
subjects at some time&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Tony was focussed on making this project work&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Got the impression that Tony didnt want to get to
into emotional stuff.A lot of rational but not much
emotional&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Tony was a real work horse on this project&Better at listening
