What you see is what you get with Jim. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::I find Jim to be helpful, approachable and fair.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::if you dont know Jim, he can be incorrectly perceived as a bulldog, but his bark is bigger than his bite. So, people actually may be in "better standing with him" than they believe.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::usually, because he wants it done right.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::depends on the topic&?0?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx::he doesnt like confict.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::he wants them to work together, but it doesnt usually happen.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::saw this behavior in him when he interviewed/hired intern&?0?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx::this has not been the culture at RAI&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::he is empathetic&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::in terms of tasks to be done, yes&1.
