There are times when I might be coaching or stroking an employee who is not at the level of another one and it appears they get more attention over basic accomplishments.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::During the season we are not staffed properly to take the time but off-season we talk a lot.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::I say usually because times I can get too hands on in certain areas and tend to get demanding with final results.
