I believe most team member recognize this.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Team members are adaptable to change, but sometimes change is difficult to sustain.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Overall goals are usually set, clear, and accomplished, but many are project oriented.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Not sure I understand this one.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Most cases. Sometimes expectations can be better defined or detailed.&1. Additional dedicated resources with specific areas of expertise. <BR>2. Good Planning and Scheduling with realistic timelines. <BR>3. Confirmation of quality of work, following specifications, confirming work is done right as its happening not just at the end, and good commissioning and follow-up. ::Good department and place to work with good people.
