Discussion is task oriented.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::I dont see alot of this. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::There is too much change in this in terms of leadership Branch Chief/Division Chief.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::There seem to be more assumed that clearly articualted regularly. &1. More frequent team building activity. 1 per 6 month. <BR> <BR>2. Feedback on how indvidual is performing where they need to work on outside of formal performance review. <BR> <BR>3. A centralized place for sharing information for projects for all to access. Like sharepoint. There is a sharepoint site but not used much used regularly. <BR> <BR> <BR> <BR> ::Overall this team is the best team I been on coming new from outside org for past 5 years. I see team member working together as opposed rice bowl mentality from previous team.
