He is able to discuss any situation and jump right in to formulate a plan to resolve an issue or to value engineer a project. He believes do it right the first time. He is respectful of others regardless of the situation.::&I believe Marks leadership model is "Teamwork Leadership" He gathers the main players and encourages them to pool their knowledge and come up with creative solutions. This method also permits a project to be expedited or optimized so that it is done on time and under budget.::&Mark likes to always lead the charge or the project, which is not always a bad trait. He does need to hire people to whom he can delegate and trust to get information to make a decision on an issue. No surprises when he runs the project. He makes sure everyone is clear on the objected for a successful outcome.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Mark is highly sensitive to both safety and getting the job done on-time. If he sees something wrong, the flairs go up to resolve the issue. He leans heavily on his foremen to make sure the job is being done correctly and everyone goes home safe.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Mark takes ownership in both successs and failures. He believes in discussing failures and things that did not go as planned. He puts these in his lessons learned category.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Mark always gives credit where credit is due.
