&To manage the CERDEC civilian HR programs, to include strategic planning, policy review and development, recruitment and retention, position classification, workforce development, employee recognition, union negotiations, management-employee relations, and performance management.
<BR>Functions Serve as primary advisor to the Director and her/his staff on strategic planning matters related to civilian HR issues. Participate in development of CERDEC HR strategic plans with top level managers and key operating officials of CERDEC. Provide management with options and legal requirements of programs, and participate in meetings to promote acceptance of management initiatives.
