&The team is responsible for everything from handeling SATCOM missions/certifications to general Facility operations including building maintenance and building-wide equipment accountability::&John is always fully engaged. As a leader he leads from the front. At any point you can ask him about any of the numerous tasks that his department is responsible for and he is fully informed. Also he is extremely personable and communicates effectively.::&Not sure if there is a formal name for it, but John encourages feed back and always keeps his "door open". I think John appreciates accountability so I would see that influencing his understanding of leadership. ::&I think he measures it by how effective his team is. If there is something the team is falling short on, whether it be budget constraints or people being complacent he is quick to get the team together and shake things up. ::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Occassionaly there is so much going on that its hard to not feel like you might be wasting his time. But, 100% I think that if there was an important issue John would drop everything.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::One of his best traits!&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Like I said- he encourages feed back and welcomes ideas&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Yes, from what I have seen. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::I dont know- contractors can be grouchy and fickle. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::They are constantly communicating so I would assume so.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::John is very good at giving people clear and measurable tasks and expects his people to be accountable.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::I think so. John is good at suggesting ways to either expedite a process to improve efficiency or brainstorm ways through an obstacle&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Except when the underlying emotions are really just bitching/moaning. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&1.) I thought the Monday morning meetings were great. They were a way to track what all was going on (there are a lot of different projects)and encouraged team participation. <BR>2.) Sometimes I feel like John takes on so many things personally I wish he would speak up and tell me something I can do to help. <BR>3.) Lets BBQ every week::
