&The purpose of Dev Sys is to be the R/D arm for SATCOM Div. As far as Rich goes, not totally sure what hes team is doing, since it changes month to month. I think Rich is used as the Superman in that Branch. So in my opinion, hes purpose isnt clearly defined to him. ::&I think Rich is a very effective technical Leader. He has great command of his knowledge, he knows how to control his audiance and set the setting for very productive meetings and interactions.
<BR>I think he could use some help on the people side. Maybe being more proactive when problems come up. But thats just his personality i think. Try to let things work themselves out. Not saying he wouldnt try and fix an interpersonal issue, because he has. Just more proactive.::&i think he uses the lead by example and lazzia fair.::&I beleive Rich does alot of self reflection on what works and doesnt work for himself. That being said, you need to find the time to do that. which Rich does not have alot, if any of. i believe given the proper work load and exspecations, this would happen more.::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Rich constantly promotes his team, branch and division in everything he does.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Rich promotes openness, no matter what the case is. this is one of his define traits.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::He is a stright forward kind of guy. what you see is what you get. no hidden suprises.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Rich is busy, as i have said. so sometimes hes focus isnt always there. But he will be the first person to tell you that while you are talking to him.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Rich trys to alway gets everyones buy in that will be effected by a decision&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&::
