&I liked the advice after vendor presentations that we should always follow up their claims with an actual audit to see if it works as easily as it is presented.::&I would have preferred to start a little later say around 8%3A30 but could see why it had to start at 8%3A00. There were some sessions that were so technical that it was intimidating to ask a question.%0D%0A(David Ayd%27s presentation) ::&The instructors were all well informed and each one had a specific style that kept me interested in the topic. Joe was espercially good and I liked Bill%27s manner of explaining complicated issues in an easy and understandable way. Dennis was alos quite good.::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::n/a&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::n/a&NO::&We should show how IT should not be the road block for business development. Business should be the driver. I would alos like to see how the 24/7 requirement is addressed for different technologies. Parallel Sysplex, Disaster Recovery etc. ::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::n/a&No I would prefer not to be used in any promotional materials or be quoted.::&This will be determined by my management so I can not %0D%0Amake any referrals.::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx::Just me for now.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4?xxx?xxx::I started as a technical writer, and became a cobol programmer. I then moved to the Software group and worked in the SNA support group. I supported SNA and IP peripherals that connected to the mainframe as well as the various software products used by the user community for IP and SNA. I am now the manager of the Mainframe Network Services Group at PWGSC.
