&?0?xxx::&&I buy mostly blank paper, than we run reports on the paper. On one specific paper we ran 2,990M a month and we now run 1,885M a month. We are trying to go more and more paperless which we are improving but it will probably never happen completely.::&Application for work, reviews, stock items, almost all internal forms to move to the web page to do electronically::&For us getting shorter runs, going to a XEROX printer for doing short runs. As for us we are giving reports etc on CDs and DVDs::&Blank paper continuous, labels, and copy paper we are now using 880 cases in 6 weeks because of people having there own ink jet printers at there desk. I buy everything for the company, you name it I buy it.::&It is repeat blank paper so I give Blanket POs for anywhere from 3mm to 21mm at a time. So I believe I have it streamlined on ordering.::&Service, quality, price and sometime price plays a bigger role than 3rd place.::&I do not see much change at present::&Going more with the high speed color printers, like 4/4 variable data information put on the finished product.::&to be able to form alliances with them.::&On time delivery because I try to do JIT as to keep our inventory down.::&Provide a web page with customer stock that is bought from them with current pricing of repeat orders::&Quality, paper works and what was ordered

<BR>Paper does work in our printers consistantly ::&Price keeps increasing, consistantly missing delivery dates, and quality keeps getting worst::&seven to nine::&Kept running 15 - 20% over and expecting us to pay for overage. Kept advising that 10% is max and not doing anything to correct. Advised the Corp said more people are paying than those are complaining. Than picking up the overage and not advising us that they are going to do it. In process of looking for another competitive printer to do the work.::&Quality and missing delivery dates::&Local representive, not having to take care of problems through e-mail or long distance calls. It comes down to SERVICE as there is no problem as it is reacted upon right away and taken care of.::&Keep me informed of progress and if a problem is progressing. Be reactive instead of it already amplified to a big problem.::&Quotes are required for anyting over $10,000 unless it is a specialized item which a memeo needs to do explaining. Received which has PO numbers on the packing list (required). PO number also on the invoice.  IF none of this or part is done it can and does hold up payment of goods. The old saying NO PO NO PAYEE::&After they have proved themselves that they are a good provider come and take a tour of the plant and see the operation.
