&John McKenzie is in charge of the facilities section at JSEC::&John is a straight forward, excellent, leader who uses his knowledge and common sense to effectively lead and mentor the men and women he is in charge of.::&He uses all of the leadership skills he has acquired from a long career of being a leader. To say that he uses a certain model or a certain theory would trivialize the solid leadership skill sets that he possesses.::&I do not pressume to know what he is thinking, however, John interacts frequently with the individuals he is in charge of. He fosters a positive atmosphere using simple approaches to complex situations, team building events, and he impresses me as always being aware of the moods and attitudes of each individual on his team.::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::John works to maintain and improve the team atmosphere.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::That question is misleading.
