&The purpose of my team is to supervise a large banking organization. To ensure the firms risk management and financial condition are safe and sound.::&Clarity on expectations and direction, consistency, fair treatment, good feedback, and empathy. ::&I dont use a specific model at this point. I am currently in a leadership program. So before this position I would base my leadership on results, feedback from others, and approval from others.::&I measure improvement in myself by assessing my weaknesses and seeing have I grown in a more consistent manner. In others, by their development in knowledge and understanding or emotionally if necessary.::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::I dont point to a team vision in my day to day dealings. I talk to people about what they are working on day to day and whats important. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::I emphasize I want peoples opinion and dont punish them for a differing opinion.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::I openly admit when I havent done what should be done. I feel I am pretty consistent though.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::I stop what I am doing. Focus on them. Ask questions and provide comments.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::It depends. We all know what our purpose is ultimately.
