I am a technical support manager responsible for Disaster Recovery for the entire agency, process improvement (CMM), DB2 Database Administration, Data Administration, Language Support and Tool support for the mainframe, change control for both mainframe and c/s, systems software support, performance and capacity planning, and Quality Assurance. I think my primary strengths are dealing with my customers in a language that they can understand, having lots of patience and at the same time keeping up with technology and managing 55 employees.::&??xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx::&Can%27t think of anything%21::&::&I%27ll have to send you some names and numbers later.
