<B> WELCOME TO CU ONLINE'S QUALITY OF SERVICES SURVEY! </B> <br><p> Just as the FCQ's given out each semester inform you about your students' learning experiences when taking your course, we intend for this new end-of-the-semester questionnaire to inform us about your experiences with communicating with CU Online office <b>(THIS EVALUATION EXCLUDES YOUR CONTACT WITH eCollege's HELP DESK or PROF HELP.)</b> <br><p> This survey will be used to evaluate and improve our services each semsester, identify service areas that need more attention, and provide CU Online with a benchmark to measure our service performance over time. The results will be reviewed by the Online Faculty Advisory Committee and then will made available to all faculty using Blackboard and eCollege.<br><p> There are fourteen questions that may take as little as five minutes to complete. Please add your comments as you take the survey. We value your input and thoughts about the services we provide.
