Pays close attention to detail.::&I do not know.::&I do not know.::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::Jim comes off as he is always correct and will very rarely hear another side of the story.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Jim has a tendency to just tell you what you want to hear, rather than try and help the problem.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Jim will make decisions based on what he thinks is correct. Sometimes he consults with those who this directly concerns and sometimes he doesnt.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::Jim will listen, but hardly does anything come of it.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Jim does confront but he approaches it all wrong. When Jim speaks he has a tendency to talk down to people and make you feel stupid and can be very degrading. It almost seems as if he gets joy out of pointing out peoples mistakes.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::There have been a couple occasions where Jim has questioned Ray regarding raises. &?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx:: He has a way of speaking to people and thats it. If certain people are touchy, he will tread lightly but he still continues to talk down to people.&?0?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx::If Jim does do this, I am unaware.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::He usually only does this when we do something wrong.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::There are a lot of complaints on how our department is ran.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::In my opinion, Jim does not like change.&&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Although Jim is not a good communicator, he is sensitive to others personal issues. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&Communication, they way he speaks to us needs to approve above all things.
<BR>Open to change and new ideas.
<BR>He needs to also work on when there is a mistake made.... some are small some are big, but they are still mistakes and we need to learn from them not get made to feel the way we do, like we are stupid.::
