&as i understand this it is to help improve bobs leadership abilities which inturn will help him become more organized, better at delagating with confidence that his team will follow through on task he assigns. this will allow the company to run as a well oiled machine.::&he is always available to help with customer issues and he feels and demostrats to the management team as well as the staff that he is there if he is needed.::&he uses a fair amount of resoures i have seen in the pasts from other oil dealers, to management seminars, authors like Steven Covey,David Allen, and others seems to search for improving alawys.::&i have only experience the rating he gives of others through annual reviews. i have not seen his review from our board of directors.::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::it is usually always about the company and our efforts.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::according to the subject matter and how strongly they may feel.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::based on his schedule, he will give his full attention&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::most of the time unless we have a difference of opinion&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::i am not sure that we are all on the same page. i feel very strong about the company doing what we say we will do 24/7 and stand by our word no matter what! im not sure every employee feels this way! our stardards must be set high and stay there.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::management team.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::based on the issue &?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::or addresses the manager of that department to deal with the issue or he will with the manager&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::there is still a fair amout of finger pointing and most of the time it is caused by cufusion based on lack of communication. in my view!&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::he has been promoting team work! &?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::he is very fair with the entire staff, and always works hard with each person.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::annually, however he does alot of individual meetings &?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::with me we have discussed these things&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::he does meet alot with people on a weekly bases
