&We educate/train graduate students to be medical <BR>providers.::&Im not sure how to answer that question <BR>because I dont know if you mean my behaviors <BR>or the behaviors of those I work with. I know <BR>that in meeting and in interaction that I am <BR>respected and people listen when I talk. <BR>Honestly, I work harder than everyone else in <BR>my department so if nothing else that demands <BR>respect. People also understand that what we <BR>produce is very important to me including the <BR>details and I believe this trickles down as <BR>well.::&I dont know any leadership theory nor have I <BR>ever studied it (which is why I am <BR>participating, I think). Ive observed many <BR>different types of leadership and I am not sure <BR>which is most effective. I think you need to <BR>have respect but the people who report to you <BR>need to feel connected to you and want to be <BR>successful for you. Often I note that if Im in a bad mood <BR>I will bite someones head off and I know that <BR>is bad. Other times I want to get BLANK out of <BR>someone and I dont know how to approach and I <BR>am apprehensive in doing so.::
