&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Steven was very receptive to other team members <BR>comments and perspectives.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::When team members did go to Steven, he was always <BR>interested in what they were saying.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Steven was at times quiet during the team sessions <BR>and kept things to himself many times.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Since our project was out of Stevens expertise, he <BR>always consulted others to get their input.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Steven was always very open to other people point of <BR>view. He was willing to take in any knowledge that <BR>he could get in the team project.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::Steven was more laid back and did not want <BR>confrontation.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Steven had no problem taking responsibility if he <BR>did something wrong during the project. In fact he <BR>would feel bad if something was done wrong. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Steven was always willing to do his share.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Steven was always the diplomat in making sure that <BR>everybodys voice was heard.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::Steven was quiet when it was time to give feedback <BR>on their performances. &?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::This project was out of Stevens expertise so he did <BR>not have as much input as others had in the project.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Steven would sit back and take it all in. He would <BR>then voice his opinion on what direction he felt the <BR>group should take.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::Steven was more of a "tell me what to do" person as <BR>this project did not have much of a financial aspect <BR>to it. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Steven was always concerned about others and their <BR>feelings.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Steven had to be told what to do but when directed <BR>he did his share. &- more dominant <BR>- try to be more of an active participant <BR>- try to be more high energy <BR>::Steven was fun to work with. He kept the mood <BR>light when things got tense. He may have been a <BR>little of his element with the type of reality <BR>project that the group had but when asked he did <BR>of what was asked.
