&?0?xxx::&&Forms with repititious info, requisitions and other types of forms that could readily be made electronic::&We are an inplant print shop supplying forms to our university and medical center. We develop most forms in-house and buy out specialized forms which we cannot economically produce in-house. We want to be involved in producing and maintaining web based forms as well.::&Generally runs are getting shorter as data on documents needs to be updated more frequently and print on demand as well as variable data become more economical.::&Labels, checks, snap-outs, long-run 4 color, promo products, x-ray jackets, other specialized medical related printed matter, etc.::&labels::&customer service, price, flexibility::&Not sure- electronic forms will become more prevalent, we adapt as our customers needs change.::&Not sure- it all depends on our customers evolving needs.::&Reliability, customer service oriented, able to come up with solutions to meet our needs.::&Various types of print production, especially medical related.::&Provide good customer service- pickup and delivery to our facilities, archive our files for quick retrieval and updating, take responsibility for problems and find solutions, provide good quality at a good price.::&Reliability, quality, price::&Do the job right, Provide solutions to our needs::&miss deadlines, dont take responsibility for mistakes, poor quality work, dont respond in a timely manner, etc.::&Not sure exactly but print and related suppliers probably around 100.::&Poor quality, poor customer service, overcharging, making excuses for mistakes rather than fixing the problem.::&Poor service::&good customer service/support, good relations with customer service rep, etc.::&Give me what I need- when I need it and done right.::&We define what is needed, <BR>We select a vender who can meet that need based on past experience or reference. <BR>We place an order via customer service rep, phone, fax, on-line order, etc. and provide whatever files are needed in a format that vender can accept. <BR>When the vender completes the job, they ship it or deliver it to our warehouse. <BR>When we receive the invoice for the job, we check to be sure it is correct and then pay it according to the agreed upon terms.::&Spend time learning how our company operates, what we do and why we do it. Understand what we/our customers need in order to anticipate and meet those needs.::&Since we are an inplant print shop, our marketing efforts are aimed at our own campus and are designed to inform and familiarize people with the services and products we offer. This is accomplished through Payroll stuffers (a form of direct mail), newsletters inserts, benefit fair booths with give-aways, etc. We estimate we do roughly 70% of the print work for our campus as well as limited commercial work, mostly for employees and local businesses and organizations.::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx::&::
