In my small artisan roasting business I am very careful to not take on plenty more wholesale business concern. Seems odd I know but my reasoning is always that since wholesale green prices have increased (we pay 2 or 3 times what we paid per annum ago) i always can barely double our wholesale prices and make much belonging to the profit after costs. I am focusing on retail, nevertheless have that option to be a roaster after i can roast my own coffee |
